Holy Week

The last week of term has arrived so quickly and Easter is right around the corner! On Thursday afternoon we will celebrate our Easter liturgy where we will spend time recalling WHY we celebrate Easter and remembering that after the Easter Bunny has come and gone Jesus is still with us as our risen God! Our liturgy starts at 1:30pm and involves students from each year level – all are welcome to celebrate with us.

If you have some time today or tomorrow wander around our stations of the cross. Each class has worked on one station and there is a reflection for older students and adults at each station.

Our Caritas giving program is also drawing to an end. If you have any money at home that you may have been putting aside as part of your families Lenten promises please bring it in as soon as possible so we can send the money off to Caritas where they can use it to help the poorest of the poor people in our world. Thank you to everyone who has already donated Easter eggs for our raffle or purchased tickets. This will be drawn on Thursday afternoon just before students are released.
