World Storytelling Day

Storytelling has been around since the beginning of time and is celebrated all around the world. The aim of the event is to celebrate oral storytelling with as many people as possible.

The theme of World Storytelling Day 2023 is “Together We Can.” Considering worldwide events, storytellers felt the need in society to come together and move forward together. Building community, inspiring change.

“We tell ourselves stories in order to live.” Joan Didion
